HIIT Workout- 5 Intervals to FIT!
- 5 intervals, 1 minute each ** Push as HARD as you can for this 1 minute
- Active rest for 1 minute in between ** Don’t ever stop moving!
- Cool-Down: 1-2 minutes dynamic stretching
Total Time: 14 minutes !
