Or, you can choose a new soundtrack, one that makes you feel good about your life every single day!
We know our program will work for you because it includes one component left-out of other typical fitness programs: how to make behavior changes and improve wellness of not just the body, but the mind. Dana Titus, a nationally licensed school psychologist, wellness coach, and fitness trainer, will take you through a wellness video series which will enable you to change unwanted habits, develop confidence and self-esteem, and challenge your own self-talk.
Because everyone is so consumed by stress, hectic schedules, and lack of time, mind-body wellness is often pushed to the wayside. However, having the right mindset, eliminating negative self-talk, dealing with emotions, learning effective goal-setting skills, and knowing how to prevent relapse are components of The Wellness Workshop that will help guarantee your success!
